Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• We ship from our Warehouse located in Prestons, NSW
• We process your order within 24 hours with the exception being item is in short supply or increased volume of orders.
• Please note: Cut off time for same day delivery is 2PM (Sydney Time). All orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next day.
• Please ensure your postal address is correct before completing order to avoid delays.
• Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your junk mail or contact us for confirmation.

Domestic Delivery

• We offer DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE
• All small, low value items will be shipped using Australia Post Standard Delivery. This does not include a tracking number unless we have emailed you otherwise.
• Shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Please allow up to 3 to 6 business days for items to be delivered after order is confirmed.
• We take care to ensure your order is packed safely. In the case of any lost or damaged goods, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
